I had such a great time here, enjoying the nearby Choccolocco Park for a refreshing walk and stopping by Oxford Lake Park, which is perfect for relaxing views and leisurely strolls—definitely made my weekend feel special.

I was truly impressed by the warm Southern hospitality I received from the staff. The lobby and my room were exceptionally clean and inviting, making it a very comfortable stay for someone like myself who appreciates a cozy atmosphere.

The Double Room was decent but definitely showing its age. It was clean for the most part, though a bit dusty due to ongoing renovations. The toilet had a constant running issue, which was annoying. Amenities were okay, but I did notice some peeling paint in spots. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep, but the overall vibe just felt kind of subpar. Not the typical Holiday Inn experience, that's for sure.

The hotel is right in the middle of everything we needed for our big family gathering. With 20 family members staying here, we loved the comfortable accommodations and enjoyed the variety of breakfast options each morning. The staff was friendly, making our stay even better.

Parking was a hassle due to a job fair, with applicants taking up space including handicapped spots, which made unloading feel uncomfortable. Additionally, finding cleanliness issues like a roach and stains in the bathroom was disappointing.

Breakfast had some good options. the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon were highlights, while the packaged gravy could use improvement. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during my stay, which was a hassle as I was on the third floor. Additionally, the breakfast staff was unfriendly, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.
